Debbie Bisgaard

Debbie studied at West Coast College of Massage Therapy 1990-92 and upon graduation worked as an RMT in the Metrotown area for 3.5 years before opening the East Vancouver Therapeutic Massage Clinic in 1996. She feels very fortunate to have worked with many great therapists in the past as well as the present.
Debbie enjoys working with deep tissue, myofascial and neuromuscular techniques when treating all types of patients with dysfunction and pain. She works closely with her clients to enhance their awareness of patterns of dysfunction and to help them uncover their path to pain free living.
Debbie has created quite a "following" of patients over the years who have taught her many valuable insights and is very grateful for all their support and referrals of friends and family to the clinic.
Recently, Debbie has been accepted into a degree program and she will be working part-time for the next few years. Please do not be discouraged if an appointment is unavailable right away...patients are always welcome, old and new!
Cassandra Hilliard
Registered Massage Therapist
Cassandra completed the Registered Massage Therapy program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in late 2007 and began her career at the East Vancouver Therapeutic Massage Clinic in early 2008. She has continued to develop her business and treatment skills under the helpful guidance of Debbie and looks forward to sharing new skills and techniques with her clients as she furthers her massage education.
Cassandra is proficient in treating a variety of different issues such as, but not limited to: chronic pain, headaches, tendonitis, frozen shoulder, stress and anxiety as well as trigger points, postural dysfunction, whiplash and carpal tunnel syndrome. She enjoys performing deep tissue treatments primarily but always works with the integrity of the tissue being treated as well as patient comfort levels.
Cassandra has developed a core of loyal clients over the past few years and appreciates their referrals and dedication to improving their health. They continue to provide her with helpful feedback and inspire her to try new techniques and continue to develop her skills as a therapist.
